Shipping policy

We currently ship our products within UAE. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

Processing time for orders within Dubai is 2-3 working days. Shipping rates are charged at AED 20.

Processing time for orders from all other emirates is 3-5 working ways. Shipping rates are charged at AED 25.

We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays but you can still place your orders during these days. Orders received on these days will be processed on the next working day.

We will send you an email confirmation once your order is confirmed and once it is dispatched and handed over to the shipping company. We partnered with local reliable shipping companies to ensure that your orders reach you safely.
